                                                                    FUNCTIONS .

I cater for Weddings, Birthdays, Corporate Events, Dinner Dances, Anniversary's and School Disco's in and around Devon or further a field on occasions. We are professionals and it is little wonder that  around 80% of my work is either repeat or word of mouth recommendations.

With music ranging from the 60's dance classics to the latest sounds. You are guaranteed to have the right mix for your event. I carry approximately 30,000 titles and have music suitable for all tastes and age ranges.

With quality Sound & Lighting supplied to suit all occasions and events, utilizing the latest motorized technology, to suit your venue, from discreet mood lighting to nightclub effects, you can be assured of the best entertainment in Devon. I introduce (DJ) all music with lively banter and appropriate chatter.

All audiences are different and a lot of what I play will depend on 'reading ' the audience and watching the reaction on the dance floor, no DJ, however experienced, can predict an exact play-list in advance of the function, since musical taste is as individual to each person as is their taste in food, drink and fashion etc. Please remember that all functions are different and therefore this information is given purely as a guide. I carry around 30,000 tracks, and I am always adding to this, so the music played can be tailor made to the tastes of the people who are attending.

I always invite customers to provide a range of tracks ahead of the function detailing any special requests, which we will include or leave out according to your request during the evening. I do ask that the request list be kept to around 15 tracks or less, to ensure continuity and for me to incorporate requests from your guests on the night.

I have enjoyed working with several bands around the area and would be happy to work with them again, as being live and only having so much puff! they usually only play for part of the evening. I could of course give you telephone numbers, if required of various good bands.

Some venues or clients require the Disco to be set up earlier, at some-point in the day. In most cases, I am happy to comply with this request, although an additional charge will be made for this service, to cover expenses. This will depend largely on the distance and time involved.

                                                                    INSURANCE.

I carry Public Liability Insurance to 10 million pounds. I also have PAT (safety) testing of equipment.

It is becoming a requirement for venues, especially the larger hotel chains to insist on all Mobile Disco's working on their premises to have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment, both are requirements which I am happy to fulfill, and would be happy to send a copy of my insurance certificate.
